Payment Types

How do I pay for my dental care?

To keep our fees reasonable by avoiding added bookkeeping costs, we do not carry accounts at Oak Park Family Dental Care. That means, on the day of your appointment, we will ask you to pay all fees which are not covered by insurance. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards, as well as bank debit cards.

Which credit cards may I use?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card and American Express.

Is there a monthly payment program available?

Yes, we have two payment plans that are available through cooperating financial institutions. The first plan offers a 12-month, interest-free financing program (we pay the interest for you). The second plan offers low interest rates. Both programs are subject to credit approval. These programs may be used for major work as well as continuing care. If you would like to see if you qualify for these programs, you may fill out an application at your first visit or contact our office in advance to pre-qualify.

What if I have insurance?

We will be happy to bill your insurance company. We will ask you to pay your estimated portion on the day you come in. If your insurance company pays more than the estimated amount, we will promptly refund any overpayment.
